What type of curriculum do you use?

We use a comprehensive and developmentally appropriate curriculum that is designed to meet the needs of every child. Our curriculum is based on the latest research in early childhood education and is designed to promote learning and development across all areas, including social, emotional, cognitive, and physical.

Do you offer any training or support for using your products?

Yes, we provide training and ongoing support for using our products. Our staff are fully trained and experienced in using our curriculum and educational materials, and they are always available to answer any questions or provide guidance to parents.

What is the policy for late pickups and how is it enforced?

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we ask that parents make every effort to pick up their child on time. Went their for a trial hour. Son of 8months old got SCARLET FEVER immediately after this visit. We were NOT informed they had cases of scarlet fever. For 8 m.o. it's very dangerous - and the UK had shortage of antibiotic supply at that time. So I diluted tablet of adult antibiotics I brought from Ukraine (thanks God!) and NHS found antibiotics for us in another city, so I travelled to get them. Scarlet fever is a death desease without antibiotics. During this trial hr I was also told that if anything happened to my son (he falls or smbody beats him), they would not be able to pay proper attention to such cases because it's too many children per one person. After having nightmare time with son's scarlet fever, I had no wish to give him to the nursery where nobody will be paying attention and where staff don't care about serious illnesses. Ah! They charged us £400 because I haven't informed them that I don't want to deal with them any more
