I read everything it was on the site but still had 2 more questions it wasn’t on the site so I contacted them and what I received an automatic email saying all the info is on the site! Very rude if they are lazy to answer 2 questions can you imagine if you ask them to give you a report for your child progress! Definitely I wouldn’t trust them!

We can't speak highly enough of Bright Horizons Tunbridge Wells Day Nursery and Preschool my son has been there since he was 6 months old. The staff, the facilities, the catering options are all excellent. The care given by everyone is wonderful and we wouldn’t consider using any other nursery in Tunbridge Wells. My son is thriving at this nursery. It is run by a team of genuinely caring staff and in just one morning he experiences a range of dynamic different activities from Spanish lessons to cooking to art and crafts. The staff nurture strong relationships with all parents and it is a lovely space, carefully designed for little people.

Very poor service and care from staff. Staff are unaware of simple policies and procedures and this impacts on the childcare given. Would definetely think twice about sending your child to this particular branch.
