Edmund loves Carol and is excited to tell her about what he's done in the days since he was last at nursery. He feels very grown up going to school like his big sister!

Competent and loving staff in the baby room. The buggy room is awkwardly situated and not practical at all though.. I wish they did something about it.

We have been in this nursery before. It was a nightmare experience. The standard fall below the standard.Toddlers are often cross contaminated with non hygiene rules. The nursery manager is rude. Arguing in front of the childrens, staff and parents. The play ground is very small when children's are all out play. The floor is slippery, which is fall below the safety standard. Many children got injured everyday especially during the rainy day. During the outdoor play babies and toddlers were not being separately in a proper group. Nursery staffs are irresponsible of supervising the play. Once accidents occurred, toddlers were blamed. Instead of improving their service quality and safe guard the play, they blame on childrens. One day during pick up, I saw one boy wet his trousers. For quite a long time, around 10 minutes no one is noticed. He was left alone standing. Bright horizon cover up some serious incidents and injuries. By threatening the parents to keep quiet if children still want to stay in the nursery. In conclusion, bright horizon nursery is really a mess. Around Peg areas, bags, hats, gloves on floor untidied.
