I am so glad I have found Bright Horizons! The fact that my child never wants to go home when I pick him up makes me feel confident that he is not only having a great time, but also that he is being looked after properly! Unfortunately, I have not being able to get inside the nursery and see its facilities (due to the pandemic). However, I could not have chosen a better nursery. Staff are so kind, friendly, careful, and professional. I am amazed at the communication I constantly get, they keep us informed about everything by email, even if its only a change in the menu! And since my child started attending Bright Horizons he has developed, and learnt so much ! I'd highly recommend!

Manchester Bright Horizons did all they could to make 2020 as easy on parents as possible. They remained open until closing was enforced (and beyond for keyworkers) reopened as soon as they could with a full COVID process in place. Fees were dealt with sensitively and communication and requests for feedback are regular. When nursery did reopen my 18 month old son returned and walked through the doors without any tears which is the best possible reflection of how much he enjoys his time there. Since he started age 10/11 months I have never worried about him whilst there which is something I probably take for granted and definitely shouldn't.
