The most expensive one in the area, but I am disappointed with the limited experiences and the lack of regular updates. They don't even provide spare clothes, despite the high price. I do not recommend!!

We pulled our daughter out of Bright Horizons (after 4 of her friends also left) due to poor management and how badly the nursery was being run. Unable to keep retain staff and constantly rely on agency staff or run at staffing levels below minimum safety levels. One of the most expensive nurseries in the area and this does not match up with the activities/education the children are offered or the staff welfare. Clear to see the American parent only cares about profit and not children/staff welfare. Big shame as our daughter was there for 1.5 years and some of her carers have been amazing.

My daughter spent a day at the nursery. The staff was completely neglecting her, looked unmotivated. She was very unhappy didn’t eat much. The toilet was dirty. I gave her an extra shoes to change her winter boots, noone even bothered. Completely disappointed.

The Nursery comes with outstanding recommendation, the children are all happy, the staff are all supportive, I like when collecting my grandson they’re always delighted to fill me in on his days activities. Well experience staff and management. My grandson is very happy and looks forward to go every day.

My son has been attending this nursery since January 2018. He loves it there! It will be sad when he leaves to start primary school. The managerial staff are amazing (Harriet and Debbie) and the rest of the staff are always friendly and spot on! I would definitely recommend this nursery to everyone.
