    Booked a an umrah package for my family and was told I would get a 4 star hotel to only get a 1 star. The carpets were dirty no room service and the walls in the room were crumbling. This is the worst travel agency I have come across. The managers are rude and uncooperative and liars. They say one thing and do another. Do not use them.

    Do not use this company. As they are deceptive in what they say you will get to what you are given in Saudi Arabia. I was told I would get a 4 star hotel only to get there and find out otherwise. The coach was small and couldn’t fit our luggage in. Called them and told them they said get a van and will pay you when you get back to which I did and was told they won’t pay out. I do not recommend this company at all. Stay away.
