Would not recommend, car should have been picked up on Friday afternoon, had to call them just before 4 to see if they were still coming - No Answer - did called back and said sorry won't make it today and rearranged for Saturday morning, promising me he would be there. Rang at 12pm on Saturday and was told he's broken down, I grumbled he could have bloody rung me out of pure frustration and did apologise for swearing but was then treated to a rant about I was being unreasonable, didn't I understand they collect 400 cars a week, hadn't I ever broken down to which I replied yes and I had the decency to ring the person I was seeing to say I wouldn't make it, was then told - fine we don't want the car...so actually told the very rude man to stuff it and hung up, have now got another company to collect with excellent customer service
