Regency Park - Widnes Having lived here since 2004 its been a very peaceful until July 2022 Bright Futures setup a Care Home close to us A Company running it's day to day Business on a Residential Estate surely this can't be right ? The change of staff, The parking, The noise, It never stops, The screaming, The people who knock on my door and ask is this Bright Futures Care Home ? The Residential Estate I chose all those years ago is now not so Residential in fact now its an absolute nightmare ...... I work hard i run my own company with 15 staff its stressful, My Home has always been my sanctuary but not now They won't reply to this I've emailed, called, posted on social media even contacted Halton Borough Council but nobody ever answers ???

Appalling, we have private parking across the road from one of their sites that we have to PAY for monthly, yet this company and their workers seem to think it’s a free car park for them, after multiple times of asking and getting in touch with their office they still don’t seem to care or want to talk the time to respond to emails and still park there. We have had to park 5/10 walk from my own house at times because I couldn’t use my own car park, can’t have family or friends round at times because there are no spaces for them to park. Because their workers are parked in OUR spaces. Nightmare to live across from them.
