    There are three hop-on-hop-off bus services in Edinburgh. We had our tickets on the phone for this one “the orange buses” plus our receipts, all still valid. and the driver refused to let us get into the bus claiming we needed paper tickets only! The bus was completely empty and we just needed to go to the next stop. Super rude driver, not the best experience. Look for the other two services because the city is worth seeing. Besides this unfortunate incident, I had a great time.

    One of the worst bus experiences. This has wasted almost one day of ours. At every stop there was an issue with the bus and passengers were asked to go to the next bus… The bus use to wait for 20 mins at each stop to shift passengers to another bus.. I DON’T recommend anyone this bus service.

    Had the worst experience with this service continuously for two days... First day they made us change 2 bus citing technical issues with the bus... Same thing happened next day... we wasted an hour each day just waiting at stops 1 and 2. Complaining to the driver didn't help either. To everyone, please DO NOT opt for this service.
