Very unimpressed so far. Had initial Invisalign consultation in early Jan. was told would have follow up in two weeks but no availability so seen in 4 weeks. I thought this was to start treatment, but was shown essentially the same simulation and that I was shown at the initial consultation and advised to come back in 2 weeks to start treatment as that’s how long the aligners take to arrive. I already started a payment plan. Why aren’t we starting treatment today? Yet again, no availability in 2 weeks. Come back in a month! So much for ~6-9months to complete treatment. Dread to think what the follow-up will be like when I eventually start treatment

I was doing some research to try and find the right cosmetic dentist and Bright and White Dental Spa isn't too far from me so I looked on their website and social media channels and I was surprised that I could not find one "before & after" picture of previous clients. I called the office and spoke to the receptionist who said she would get the dentist to send pictures if I emailed them, so I did. I didn't receive a response so I phoned again and I was told that the dentist would be in touch. No response. I would never get cosmetic dentistry done by a dentist who had no examples of work done, it's even strange that their social media channels have no real life pictures either, just marketing images. Doesn't feel authentic.

Have had my Invisalign treatment done at bright and white with Harpreet, had the best experience from start to finish. Everybody at Bright and white is polite, friendly and professional. Plenty of reminders so that you don’t miss appointments which really helps! Also had some composite bonding done with Michael, which went really smoothly and I’m so pleased with the results. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Bright and White. I had previously had a lifelong nervousness about dentists and partly as a result I had developed many and complex problems requiring a large number of treatments and procedures including root canal, extractions, implants and bone grafting. The stuff of nightmares. However from the first time I attended bright and white I knew I was in safe hands. Gurwinder is a superb dentist and provided all my treatments with wonderful results. He was so good that despite the complexity of treatments required I don’t think I ever felt even any real discomfort which I find incredible. Even more, his care and patience is above and beyond. He developed a detailed plan for all the treatment I needed, and explained it all in detail and clearly in a way I could understand and at each stage he talked me through what was happening so I felt a real sense of progress. The results have been amazing and I am so lucky to have found bright and white. All the staff (who I met many times of course!) are always unfailingly professional polite and helpful. I would and will recommend bright and white to anyone who needs a dentist. If they can help me they can help anyone!

Would avoid this dentist at all costs. When i was a patient they fitted my crown incorrectly and i couldn't eat properly, had to book several appointments to go back and get it fixed at a cost of my time.

I joined bright and white dental spa as a new patient about a year ago. I was looking for a good hygienist. After seeing Anastasia I was really impressed with her treatment as I have extremely sensitive teeth. I then asked to see the cosmetic dentist to discuss cosmetic bonding. As I wasn't sure if what I wanted was possible. After a thorough consultation with Athirai she assured me that she could achieve what I hoped for. Nine of my front teeth were treated and I now have a smile to be proud of!!! So impressed with her skillful work. She truly is a perfectionist when it comes to dentistry!!! Took my 2-year-old for his first ever dental check up and had a brilliant experience. The staff were warm and friendly, and we were shown right in. Harpreet spent some time showing my son her equipment and explaining what she was going to do, then got the check up done in a fun, fast way. The stickers he got at the end was the cherry on top. The team at Bright and White are brilliant, and have always shown myself and my family real courtesy and understanding, alongside the quality of dentistry which has always been first class. I had a complex set of challenges, made worse by years of poor dentistry, and the assessment of my case, solutions offered and subsequent treatment program has put my gnashers in an immeasurably better place.
