    Rude and unprofessional with an attitude problem. Showed up at my house without me having any knowledge of an appointment. When I explained I wasn’t aware he was coming, he told me he will come into my house whether I like it or not and he’ll wait for me to leave and get a set of keys and come in without my permission. Then proceeded to stand at the edge of my front garden for 20 or so minutes, so I was unable to leave my house. Completely unnecessary, rude behaviour.

    He passed our roof, said the job was good for 10 years. Having to spend a further 10,000 on roof as new roofers have pointed out loads of problems. Waste of time and money to get this surveyor to oversee work. misleading. Would have been better to fail it at the time. Agree, very rude when asked him to comment. He has washed his hand of it.
