The finished product is fantastic and we are more than pleased with it. However the company sub contracts the installation to a third party builder. From then on you are at their mercy. It wasn’t the easiest of jobs but the outcome was fabulous. The builder failed to complete the job on the day and failed to communicate with us so I would recommend holding back payment until the job is complete. Brighouse Stoves stepped in and sent Anthony who completed the job to our satisfaction. Also a thank you to Joe and Jay for sorting it. We would recommend brighouse stoves.

Recently had an aspect 5 fitted from Brighouse Stove Centre, all through out they have being fantastic. The staff in the showroom were brilliant and really helpful when it came to information on the Stove. The installation from start to finish was very professional the 3 lads were neat and tidy and did a great job. We’d recommend to all our friends and family.

Purchased stove was installed Feb 23. Purchased at a very competitive price, install process was well handled by Anthony, job done fast and clean in 4 hours. Two months post install struggled to get the stove hot and generate sauna level heat, Anthony came by immediately and re-walked me through all the steps to get a good burn on the stove. Provided a additional H&S review of the stove surrounding area to prevent accidental fires and damage. All in all will happily recommend Brighouse Stove Centre for price, service and aftercare.

My wife and I called here with the intention of purchasing 2 multi fuel stoves for the house we are buying. Nothing special just 2 of the deal stoves advertised. When we arrived there were 2 people sat behind the counter and we went down stairs to where the stoves are on display. There were no staff there but we waited patiently to be seen. Well we waited and waited and waited but still no one came to serve us. After a while quite disgusted with the professionalism and superb customer service we were not receiving we gave up as a bad job. We will now go elsewhere to purchase our stoves as this company obviously does not need our custom during this cost of living crisis. Perhaps the next company we go to see will be a little more enthusiastic about selling us 2 stoves.

Placed an order with Brighouse Stove Centre for a new stove. They then appointed their own engineer to fit the stove. Then they told me to speak to their engineer directly to get the HETAS cert, because they couldn’t be bothered to sort. Typical case of once they are paid, they couldn’t care less.

The girl with blonde hair was nice, but admitted she didnt know enough to advise us. She suggested we ask the guy with the dark hair. He couldn't be bothered and kept looking at his phone while we were trying to get advise. My partner tried to show him photos for advise and he just looked the other way.... total waste of time.

John and Mick fitted our dunsley avance 500 we bought from brighouse stove centre.The stove centre were informative and it was all hassle free even after we changed my order. We didnt pay for the stove until a week before it was fitted. John and Mick did a fantastic job with the installation. Went the extra mile. Nothing more to say except im a very happy customer.
