I have recently sold a property through Briggs and Mortimer and also currently let a property with them. Despite being warned by other estate agents of dangers of paying up front and not getting the same service as they would give for £1000 more in fees, I found that not to be the case. The service was exactly the same, if not better. Ammie was excellent and available at any time and Sandra was, and is, always helpful. I find the service friendly but professional and I would recommend them to other sellers and landlords.
