I had a problem with one of the locking bolts, my key and the head of the bolt were a bit stripped so i couldn't get it off myself. Phoned a couple of garages and they all asked between 50 to 100 quid to remove it. Phoned Tyre And Exhaust, he didn't give ne any price, he just said "pop down and let me see first". In 15min i went down, in 1min the locking bolt was removed for free. They've got a new customer for tyres, services and MOTs... This is the good old way to do business, without girls receptionists (with all due respect) and call centers in between the mechanic and the customer...

I booked my car in to have 2 front tyres fitted on a Saturday morning. I am glad that i booked in for a fitting slot 1st thing when they opened as they got busy very quickly. It is obviously a popular place and quodos to the workshop manager who remained very calm and polite under pressure when faced with a variety of customers issues . He is a great example of someone who delivers great customer service As I sat in their reception area waiting for my tyres to be fitted , it was a delight to witness this workshop manager setting correct customer expections in a professional and respectful way - he is an asset to this company. so Recommended.
