I must start off by saying that I have no other connections with Bridgnorth Car Sales, other than buying a car. I had never heard of the company or even dreamed I would purchase a car from Facebook Market place, however I am So GLAD I did !! I found my dream car, which I have wanted for a few years and that was down to the help, advice and friendly team, here at the car sales. We cannot thank Leon enough for all of the support he has given us in finding our landrover Discovery. A very true and honest gentleman. The after sales has been equally as important as the purchase and Leon and the team have been nothing but helpful!! I originally left a 5 star review regarding the purchase or our car in May 2019. Unfortunately the after sales is very very poor. Our car came with 18 months warranty. Leon knew I had my doubts but assured the warranty covered everything apart from the usual tyres ECT. 5 months after we purchased it we had a problem with the steering rack . Great checked it was covered which it was. But because of the age and miles the warranty said it was general wear and tare. Basically because of the age and mileage nothing is covered and this is 5 months after purchase. The company is Handler direct. Read their reviews . They never pay out.they are an awful company. I contacted Leon on 17th January and 9th February and both times he has ignored me and no contact . Also our car didn't come with a service which makes the warranty void.(we didn't know until we tried to claim) So from the beginning I had no warranty. Leon then managed to produce one .This was all happening over Christmas and we had to pay ourselves. This has caused alot of stress. PLEASE READ THE WARRANTY AND CHECK THE REVIEWS. AFTERSALES IS SHOCKING

MOT was a sham. brakes were in dangerous condition. Got only sarcasm from Leon at first until we proved the MOT wasn’t worth the paper it was written on. Got fed up with so many problems and lost a lot of money. Wouldn’t buy from him again.
