Shocking customer service. It took me over a month of calls and emails to get my refund. I clocked up over 20 emails back and forth and with phone calls weekly it was a complete joke. It was like they thought I'd give up! All just for a small patio cover £99, and after eventually I had the refund it was deducted £17 for return FedEx postage through a courier, It wasn't a big piece of furniture, totally ridiculous. I could of sent it back by Royal Mail Tracked for £3.45 but they refused that saying they have bad experiences with Royal Mail.
