We recommend Lee Johnson the Mortgage advisor, We have been to Lee twice now, once as first time buyers and just recently for our new house purchase. He has been fantastic both times and made the experience extremely straight forward going into all the details you will need to know also got us our life insurance and income protection for a fair price. We also can't recommend Alex Lovitt enough, definitely went above and beyond to get our house sale and purchase through, a credit to Bridgfords and probably wouldn't have been in our forever home without his help. Been calling for the last few days and sent an email to view a house but keeps going through to voicemail and then noone gets back to you. People are paying this agency to sell there house the least they can do is respond to potential buyers

How unfortunate that the branch manager is rude and obnoxious. A query that has been unresolved since 2022 has continued to be unresolved and no help at all from the manager. There is no customer support at all. It’s not in their vocabulary to assist anyone. You are commanded to call the office which is ever answered.

Me and my partner have just completed on our first property through Bridgfords Halifax. We were introduced to Lee Johnson, Mortgage & Protection Consultant (Countrywide) who sorted our mortgage and made the whole process as smooth as possible. From submission we had our mortgage offer within 2 days! Also a massive thankyou to Caitlin who dealt with our purchase and was constantly on with chasing solicitors and always on the other end of the phone if we needed. Couldn’t recommend Bridgfords / Countrywide enough and will definitely be using them in the future.
