I can honestly not thank Stephanie and Megan enough. They have been truly amazing. More dealings with Stephanie but Megan also helped. Stephanie was amazing from the start, very caring and lovely. She bent over backwards to get this all through so quickly. Thanks ladies I feel like I have 2 new best friends both welcome for a brew any time. Thanks for giving me and my daughter a lovely home, where we needed it, which allowed me to keep my best mate too(dog) as it can be so hard to find houses that will let you keep your pets.

We cannot fault the service we've received from Bridgfords throughout the duration of our house sale. Adam was our first point of contact when he came to do our property valuation & set our level of expectation perfectly. Throughout the duration of our sale, Chloe & Ryan were on hand at every opportunity to provide regular updates & assistance, which in turn ensured our property sold in 75 days. Due to requiring a short term let, Steph, Meg & Charles were there to help secure the property towards the end of the transaction. The team at Bridgfords work effortlessly for you. You pay for what get, although not the cheapest, when selling you want it done properly. Very informative valuation with great stats and information about the market. Photos arranged and on the market. If offers do not come in quickly they evaluate the situation and give good honest feedback. Once offers were made, buyers are qualified so no time wasters. Then the stress starts with solicitors. This is where Ryan and the team really stepped up. They kept in constant contact with all parties to ensure you are updated at all times. It sometimes felt they were doing work for the solicitors, mortgage advisors, banks and estate agents all in one. We also bought our new house through Bridgfords and cannot fault them. Yes we could have chosen a cheaper option but this can cost you in the long run, both financially and stress. What you need is to sell and buy with an agent that knows what they are doing and care about getting everything over the line. They are polite, have lots of patience and knowledgeable. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Bridgfords. they do the job professionally and do what it takes and really work hard for you. You really do get value for the fee you pay. Thank you to Ryan and the whole team for keeping us sane during what was a stressful 6 Months. We are now very happy in our new home and sold our old home hassle free. Don't hesitate, just trust what these guys do for you, you won't regret it.
