Very rude and short with me on the phone when I called to enquire about visiting nursery. Told to call back next year but can’t guarantee there will be a space for my child when I require. Not very helpful and I will not be calling back.

Very poor communication regarding places. No response to online enquiries. I understand the coronavirus changes things but it's been the same answer for two years - "call back in January". Also very abrupt on the telephone. Don't waste your time.
