Best surgery by far that we've had as a family - always manage to get an appointment quickly, most times on the day itself; great experience with the staff and doctors. Their staff needs a day off or increase their wage at least. People there are moody and are unable to understand people’s situations. Receptionist is rude as anything, welcoming us with rather rude attitude and very bossy where we should sit when there is absolutely nobody in the surgery apart from us. We won’t have come here if we had other options.

Registered for last 5 plus years. Nothing to fault to date, logical system to get appointments, recently econsult option is fantastic for enquiring with surgery and not waste their time on phonecall when it's not urgent, got to be referred even by locum drs for investigation (chest), spacious clean surgery over 3 floors with lift, good waiting areas, adequate parking, accessible location. Recently had the good fortune to even be supported by practice director on a non medical issue. Listening to some family and friends' experience, I am even more appreciative of being registered at this branch of Bridgewater Surgeries. I really hope they keep standards high with reliable knowledgeable professional and fair staff.

Only thing I would add is keep away from Dr Milinova. She is a very very stressed out Doctor and her actions show that. And I have a serious issue going on. I couldnt trust her unfortunately. Uncomfortable. A fabulous surgery. Everything is kept easy and things just happen- blood tests arranged quickly, checkup appointments arrive by SMS, repeat prescriptions automated. Phones are very difficult to get through but you hardly need to call and once through, your mayter us always resolved. Love it here.
