My Dad passed and me and my three sisters with my elderly Mum, who has dementia and is deaf, went to see Emma and Michael. My goodness their compassion and professionalism was outstanding. It would have been so easy for Emma to focus on the daughters but instead Emma made sure that our Mum was fully involved in the discussions. My Mum immediately fell in love with Emma. Emma said the funeral would be perfect and it was. Every aspect of their service from always being at the end of the phone, organising the chapel visits, organising the collection was first class. The introduction to the amazing Celebrant Lisa was the icing on the cake.

The whole process was efficient and well organised with perfect attention to detail. Everything was exactly as I wished for.. Emma and Abbie guided us through the arrangements with empathy and calm professionalism which was very much appreciated at such a difficult time. I felt that they were there for us every step of the way and responded immediately to telephone calls and emails. Nothing was too much trouble. The Celebrant Lisa Bancks delivered the service beautifully and the floral tributes arranged through Bridgwater were perfect. Thank you so much Emma Abbie and the team. A year later we said goodbye to my father. There was never any doubt that we would choose Bridgewater again . We received the same faultless , polished and professional service with perfect attention to detail ensuring every request was attended to.
