I have been receiving sports massage and injury prevention advice from Bridgette for a few years. I am an experienced runner and I really benefit from the sessions I have with Bridgette. This keeps me out on the road and means I am better able to be the runner I want to be. Most recently Bridgette was critical in helping me prepare for a marathon. I got through a four month training block without injury and was fully fit on the day. I achieved a massive pb. I cannot recommend Bridgette highly enough. I have regularly visited Bridgette for the past 18 months for a sports massage, as I am a keen runner and find these sessions not only help my recovery but also aids my running too. Bridgette is extremely professional and her knowledge is exceptional in this area. Last year I sustained a sprained calf muscle injury. Bridgette assessed the injury and before I knew it we had a plan in place, along with a few additional sessions - within time, I was injury free - AMAZING! I can’t thank Bridgette enough and continually visit for my regular sport massages.
