    Came in here for the first time for a hot drink! Not sure what all the fuss is about to be honest! Nice interior and seating however shame cant say the same about their drinks and customer service, I had a Disaronno Hot Chocolate it looked so pretty when it was served however looks can be so deceiving… The content of alcohol was super strong to the degree of undrinkable and the chocolate was extremely bitter in flavour! Very disappointed in the host as I approached her to ask for something else as my drink was not pleasant she went away to speak to a senior colleague, she returned and advised that she could not offer a substitute and assumed I wanted it for FREE when in-fact I wanted to swap the item for something I could enjoy and for the same value! Highly disappointed in the customer service and not so sure I would recommend or return here in the foreseeable future! Thanks anyway.
