We bought a wood burner 3 years ago. Been back ordered an oak mantle for £220. Waited 2 weeks, after 3 unreturned phone calls and a visit to the shop was told fitting would be £200. Mark from in store admitted his boss didn't want the work as he was too busy installing more expensive units. The fitting fee inflated to put us off. Extremely disappointed!!!

Bridge Stoves were recommended to me by a friend who was pleased with their work. From quote to completion they have been great. I have just had an Eco Flame 2 stove installed and the job was not as straightforward as initially thought due to unexpected problems with the chimney but the guys assessed the job, clearly explained options to me and returned to complete works within a week. They cleanly removed a stone hearthback, made good all plasterwork and hoovered up afterwards! I would highly recommend them.
