Popped in today to pick up some lateral flow test for my children who have to test every day, due high covid cases in there class, older lady extremely rude, handed me one box and a leaflet, turned her back on me and walked off saying I had to read the leaflet and use the code. Fair enough if that's the new rules but manners cost nothing. If you can't handle customers asking the same question, without your response being curt and without manners, perhaps customer service isn'tthe job for you. I won't be back, even though you are my local chemist. Shocking customer service.
