I went there few times and it never had what I needed. I asked the owner if there is any other Bulgarian shop arround where I can find what I need and he told me , NO . Today I found that they are another 2 Bulgarian shops in Southampton where they have everything. I am sorry to say that but if you get a customer and you don't have what they need atleast tell them where they can get it from, rather than lying to them as This is why you lost me as a customer . Do you really believe people are that dumb not to be able chek on the map or in Facebook if they aren't any other shops? Why you have the need to lie like that ? We are meant to be community and help eachother but hey we aren't so that's why I don't think I will be shopping in your shop anymore. !
