Impossible to get an appointment of any kind, impossible to get through on the phone, impossible to get a response on email. Removed my prescription repeat without informing me so I am moving to another service.

Dr Brothers and Dr Ellicott deserve 5 stars, the Res of the service has dropped significantly. I've been with the practice for over 15 years and the past 2 years have been a struggle, from phone calls being hung up when at top of the queue. The admin threats patients horribly with the exception of one or two that are actually know what they're doing and will try their best to help with you.

I have always had issues booking appointments for my young children but I am appalled with my most recent experience. For the last three days, I have rang at 0800hrs on the dot to book an appointment and I’ve had to wait between 30-40 minutes only to be told that there are no appointments available and I should ring 111 if it’s urgent. If you never have enough appointments, why are you registering new patients?? Pure greed. I’ve had to make an appointment at a walk in centre and wait for 2 hours to see a doctor with my sick child. I have deregistered from your practice because of your terrible service. It’s a shame because you have some good doctors.

This medical practice is extremely disappointing. It is nearly impossible to schedule an in-person appointment with a doctor, and obtaining a "phone consultation" requires pleading. Instead of speaking with a qualified doctor, patients are left with random individuals who offer the same generic advice of taking paracetamol and waiting a week, regardless of the nature of their concerns. The entire process relies heavily on phone communication, which often leads to frustratingly long waits and abrupt call endings. This level of service is unacceptable and fails to address patients' needs adequately.

One of the WORST surgeries around. AVOID if you value your life. Some of the Dr's should not be Dr's; as for the Receptionists, they are rude, dismissive and believe they have all the control. They definitely need to go on Training Courses re; empathy and how to deal with vulnerable patients. They are incredibly curt and unsympathetic. All they are interested in is shoving as many medicines down your throat to keep the Drug Companies going. This used to be an amazing surgery, since all the old Dr's have left ; there is now, no care, compassion, consideration or thoughtfulness provided. AVOID, AVOID, you will definitely regret joining this surgery.

Spoke to five patients from this surgery this week that have had the phone hung up on them in the past 2 years. You can't get through. You can't get an appointment and you get the phone hung up on you by a Dr? No coincidence all these patients did not have "english" names. Been a patient here for a while. As has my mother and father. If you have a bad experience you must complain and flag it to the regulators. What is happening here is not right or fair. When i complained about the telephone messaging service i was told "what message service?" then "you are the only one to complain" There is a documentary coming out later this year - a patients seriously failed care and it shows some harrowing experiences when trying to access the right care following a misdiagnosis. No patient should be mistreated in any way for trying to access care. ON THE ADVICE OF A REGULATOR WHO IS AWARE OF ISSUES NOW REPORTING ONE OF THE DR'S FOR REFUSING TO CONTACT A PATIENT HAVING AN ADVERSE REACTION TO A DRUG. ON THE ADVICE OF THE REGULATORS - LET THAT SINK IN.

My 5 star rating is for Dr Brothers - she is an outstanding GP. I have had some up and down experiences with a few of the GP’s at this practice before, but Dr Brothers has never made me feel rushed, silly or unheard. She is always so patient and willing to listen to any ramblings, and she is so concise with the information she provides!
