From my first visit, Lucy was so helpful and attentive when wedding dress shopping. She made me feel special and was really knowledgeable on dresses to suit my figure and how we could make alterations work. I ended up coming back on a second visit and purchased a gorgeous Madi Lane dress. I would highly recommend.

I found this store online and made a booking immediately as I loved the style of dresses. Upon arrival myself and the two people I brought with were greeted and taken care of amazingly! Not only were all the staff friendly but Rachel who I had the appointment with twice was so supportive with helping me find the most amazing dress! The customer service was incredible and I would recommend to everyone looking for a wedding dress! Thank you all!!

From the very start Lucy and her team have been so lovely and kind, making me feel very special. The dresses are stunning and I'm so excited to wear mine on the big day! I've never felt any pressure to buy or feel like ive been given a sales pitch, which working in sales myself I can notice a mile off and always puts me off. The girls are all so natural and are there for us 100% to provide a service of helping to find us that one special dress. I'll be going back for dress fittings and collection and I'm excited that Brides of Berkhamsted will be part of my wedding prep experience :)

What an amazing experience! I have been to Brides of Berkhamsted before with friends for their wedding dresses and it was always such a lovely experience so I knew it was somewhere I wanted to go for my dress and it did not disappoint. Lucy, was phenomenal! She was so kind and thoughtful when I bought my baby daughter to my appointment who was not best pleased to be out shopping. She was great with my bridesmaids and a calming influence on my mum. As a new mum, I was initially self conscious to try on dresses, unsure of what they would look or feel like but I need not have worried. From start to finish it was an amazing experience and I am so pleased to say I found my dress with Brides of Berkhamsted. Thank you x

I flew especially for my appointment in Brides of Berkhamsted from Poland! It was a wonderful experience. Starting with a nice contact on instagram to the actual visit to the salon. I found my dream dress and I'm so happy ❤️❤️ I can't wait to come back in June! The atmosphere was really amazing, I felt really taken care of.

I had such a lovely experience at Brides of Berkhamsted. Plenty of dresses to try on, lots of designers. It's a small shop which I loved, because you really feel like you get a friendly and personalised visit without feeling rushed, which I didn't find at another larger bridal shop. Highly recommend visiting this shop.
