Would highly recommend Brides by Solo. The shop is lovely, it feels current and up to date. Plenty of different styles to try as well as accessories. I think it can be quite a daunting experience trying on wedding dresses but Sadie made me feel at ease and offered lots of great advice. There was never any pressure to buy on the day and no limit to how many dresses I could try on. Sadie also did the alterations for my dress and made it fit perfectly. I have honestly never looked and felt so great. The fittings were always on time and efficient. I am also getting my dress cleaned by Brides by Solo too. Thank you so much Sadie and Grace. :)

Grace and Sadie can to my rescue about 3 weeks before the wedding when my first dress had been ruined by another seamstress. They tried to see if they would salvage it, gave me the honest truth and then went above and beyond to try and help with me with a very tight time crunch! Luckily I found a sample gown that was great, although it did need some alterations they worked round the clock to get them done - and is was all in the mad rush before Christmas. The went above and beyond to help a damsel without a dress and they mopped up a few tears along the way whilst still managing to make what was a bit of a trauma still a really wonderful experience. I couldn’t recommend these two ladies more. They have a gorgeous range of dresses and they are super helpful and kind. My dress fit like a dream and on the day I couldn’t have been happier.

Sadie and Grace were AMAZING! From the moment I walked into the shop I was greeted with warmth and sincerity. I'm a petite bride and had previously found it hard to find a dress that flattered my shape. Grace listened to my hopes for a dress and worked creatively to find the perfect designer. I loved how I was put at ease and somehow all that 'pre- wedding stress' seemed to dwindle away. Sadie- well what can I say. An absolute artist... a perfectionist in all sense of the word. My dress alterations were exquisite and felt the like dress had been made just for me! An absolutely gorgeous experience at Solo Brides, something I will remember for the rest of my life. I had such a wonderful experience with Brides by Solo! Sadie was excellent at helping me narrow down the options until I found my perfect dress. When I was struggling to decide between a few options, I felt she knew just what to ask to get me to the one that suited me best. They also found me a stunning veil that looked as if it was made for the dress, and recommended a brilliant alterations service. The dress could not have looked more beautiful on the day and I got so many compliments, even from some of my vendors who have obviously seen many dresses over the years! I also felt so supported and looked after throughout the process; every time I came in, even months between appointments, everyone remembered all the little details about my wedding and my family. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot speak highly enough of this store - I wish I could buy my dress here all over again!
