  Called by this shop to get idea on prices for bridesmaid dresses and when the woman came to the door she looked at me like as if I was not good enough for there shop!! And clearly didn't show any interest.

  I have seen so many positive reviews about BridetoBe, so I just hope that my experience was on an off day... I came in with one of my bridesmaids on Saturday. I paid for a bridesmaids appointment and the bridal appointment was complimentary. I had heard really positive things about BridetoBe before I attended as my friend had purchased her dress from there the week before and had a fabulous experience. I unfortunately did not get the experience I had hoped for. I've worked in a bridal store myself for almost 5 years, so I know what is to expect. Bridesmaids wise I was surprised as there wasn't as much stock as what was seen online, however the selection was great, and I did see a few dresses I liked! Unfortunately one of my bridesmaids was sick that morning so only one came with me so was a very quick try on. However, it was the bridal fitting that I was surprised about. The whole experience just seemed very underwhelming for what bridal should be. My consultant (I will not name her, as I know that it is normal for people to have off days, and I appreciate this), she did not ask me anything about my wedding, she asked my date when it was the bridesmaid fitting. but during my bridal fitting asked absolutely nothing about my special day which was really disheartening for me. As an excited bride trying on wedding dresses I just wanted to spill everything about my wedding, but it almost felt awkward to bring it up myself! I selected 7 dresses to try on, and there were a few that I had seen another bride trying on next door to me that I was keen to try, but the consultant didn't really do anything when I told her this and by the time I had finished the 7, they had been put away and I wasn't given the opportunity to browse for more than 1 other dress. I tried the 7 dresses, came out of the fitting room for each and stood on the podium provided but not once was it asked how I was feeling or what I thought. She just remained quiet. I was left discussing with my bridesmaid how I felt etc and what I liked and didn't like. My consultant occasionally joined conversation by just agreeing on what I had already said. She pegged the back of the dresses but I could still feel how poorly fitted it was, so I wish this had been done better as I couldn't get an actual feel for the dress. I realised an hour into my fitting that I hadn't tried on any Mori Lee dresses and one of my favourite dresses I had found was there, I asked if she had it and described it to which she wasn't sure (again, I understand product knowledge might be still low as she might be new, I'm not sure), I found one similar on the rack, and then she said that it would have to be my last dress as I had tried quite a few ( I still had half an hour left of my appointment!) Not once did the consultant try to help me eliminate any dresses, I left with 3 dresses I loved, and I feel so confused now as I don't have anything to look back on (you can't take photos), I have the product codes that the consultant wrote down, but having looked them up online, they don't come up with the dresses at all. My favourite dress (I think) I cannot find online anywhere, and this really makes me quite sad as I don't know where to go from here. Lastly no question was asked about my budget, this was quite a big thing for me. I filled out a questionnaire before my appointment which said it would go to my consultant to help introduce what I was after. I'm not on a huge budget, but I was allowed to try on a £3000 dress which I loved, but when I saw the tag was instantly disheartened as this is double my budget. Overall there is beautiful dresses in store, but Bride to Be claims that they want every bride to have a fun and exciting experience, but in all honesty my whole appointment was very flat and felt I was just trying on dresses for the sake of it, not for my wedding and I left feeling quite disheartened and sadly still feel it now :(

  After trying previous shops before I booked bride to be as a last minute panic, I was surprised on the day of looking I instantly said yes to the dress. The staff are friendly and accommodating and very reliable. All staff have amazing knowledge and all staff make you feel amazing with what they say about you and the way you look in the dress.. no matter which consultant you get they all have something nice to say to you and make it feel very personal The alteration lady is an absolute genius and can pretty much do anything you wish to add on or make it your own. Can’t fault the professionalism from all members of staff. Thank you bride to be you’ve made my dreams come true .

  I went to this boutique a few days ago for my mother's vow renewal. Ana helped us find and recommend the dress, super sweet and friendly and also a good listener in choosing the dress based on our size and color preferences while also taking into account our budget! Boutique also well set up, clean and cared for!! Thank you Ana my mum is super happy!!😍

  So I attend with my friend who is the bride, she was so nervous that she actually came out in hives!! The brides appointment was with Carla, who was just so lovely and really helped to put the brides mind at ease. The bride doesn’t really like clothes shopping (me either) but she did very well trying on several dresses during the time that we were there. Carla really helped the bride to find out what look and shape she liked and what other details she wanted. Carla was very attentive to the bride and I am really pleased with the service my bestie got from this boutique. Carla explained a lot of things which then made a lot of sense, things like not taking photos to go over and pick apart later. Carla explained about money options as well which really helped to minds at ease, because this is one of the very important things really isn’t it?? The right dress and how much it will be. Carla built up some really good rapport with the bride and was genuinely lovely to be with for those couple of hours! Thanks you Carla and to the rest of the team!

  From start to finish I've had the most amazing experience at bride to be. I Was greeted with such a friendly atmosphere and felt very appreciated and not rushed. Javaid was very knowledgeable and knew how I wanted to present myself on my wedding day, he ended up putting me in something completely different to the dress I thought I wanted ( he actually picked out the final dress) Tatianna has done an amazing job with alterations, she is a super woman with all that beading, and carla always had a beaming smile A BIG THANK YOU 2 ALL. I shall send photos of our big day soon x

  Thank to everyone at Bride to be, :) You have made my ENTIRE experience with you all so AMAZING! From the moment I went in there I was made to feel so at ease. Nothing was rushed, nothing was too much trouble. The ladies helped me pick a fantastic wedding dress (one that I hadn't thought would suit my shape) but she did an amazing job! :) I was talked through the entire process and made to feel nothing was a problem about anything. I went for my 1st appointment in October and have my final fitting next week, the seamstress is also EXTREMELY talented, she is amazing. All of my alterations that needed doing were done to perfection. :) I have even recommended my friend here and she has successfully purchased a dress from here and she has said exactly the same.   I've been to this shop twice recently as a bridal party member and it's such a wonderful experience. Both times the staff were very helpful and friendly, letting us pick out plenty of dresses for the bride to try on. The consultant asked one of the brides where and when she was getting married and immediately picked out a dress which ended up being perfect for her. Both brides found their dresses here and both had very different styles so it really can cater to a lot of people. Left feeling really warm towards the staff, having had some good banter throughout both sessions. Only improvement would be to offer tea/water/bubbles on arrival ;)

  This has to be the best place ever to get your dream dress. The shop is amazing with soooo many dresses to choose from and they allow you to try on any you want !! We had a lovely guy help us and he made me feel super special and k ew what would and wouldn't be ideal for me... he was amazing and really knew his stuff. Today I said "yes to the dress " and am the happiest girl in the world thanks to Bride to Be
