    Loved the collection that Divya has at The Bridal Trunk. I went to her after seeing her page on Instagram and saw that they carried Rimple and Harpeet. The process was very easy and quick. She provided a lot of guidance on what looks good and what suits each bride in addition to how to style the dress the way we wanted. I am very pleased with my wedding dress and can’t wait to wear it for my wedding day.

    I picked up an outfit for my sister which the shop had kept aside to do the final checks to make sure everything was ok. On picking up, the lady showed me the outer garment. Her helpers were packing the underskirt and under garment which she did not show me at all. I was reassured they supposedly had a final chk before I could collect and no MENTION OF THE UNDERSKIRT RIPPED WAS EVER STATED! When she got everything out of the bag she immediately noticed this and told her. Divya was not willing to take the blame at all. She didn’t fulfill her own request to do a final chk and then said “once it leaves the premises it’s not her responsibility”! What a cheek! My sister now has to do the alterations herself but ANYONE BUYING FROM HER SHOULD DOUBLE CHK EVERYTHING BEFORE THEY BAG IT!

    A really lovely store, a lovely experience trying on outfits and the outfit in the end was beautiful albeit a few issues with the measurements which I had adjusted elsewhere. The only reasons I gave one star less is because I had some issues with my order which took such a long time to sort out as any calls or WhatsApp messages sent were completely ignored. The only way I got a response is by posting a message on their social media page - such a shame that I had to go to that length to get a response. This store would be absolutely fantastic if perhaps there was better management/staff and not just Divya running everything by herself. The outfit was really lovely but I know atleast 4 other stores that stock the same designer so not an absolute must to go here in the future.

The store has a great range of designers- it was the first store where I saw one of the designers I had my eye on, Aisha Rao. The bridal boutique upstairs is beautiful! Divya gave us her honest opinion and helped me find my perfect wedding day lengha. She asked me details of my wedding - location and the decor vibe and then suggested the perfect outfit - I couldn't have been happier with the choice. The outfits fit like a glove too. I would definitely recommend a trip to bridal trunk!!

    Would definitely recommend Bridal Trunk, Divya was extremely helpful and patient. My outfits are incredible, the fitting (done to perfection by Divya herself) didn't need altering what so ever. Divya gave me her own honest opinions on my outfits and I didn't feel rushed or made to feel I was given outfits to make a sale (something I have encountered while looking for outfits in other shops). I also requested my outfits slightly earlier than the agreed date and this was met with no fuss. If you want a stress free experience where everything is taken care of go to Bridal Trunk.
