I couldn't recommend this place enough! I left wedding dresses shopping for really last minute and they were still able to help me. Ladies are amazing, they made me feel special. My mind was set on A-line dress but wanted to try mermaid style just to confirm that is definitely not for me, and it was THE ONE. Me and my best friend were impressed with the girls and passion that they showed us. Also, my self confidence level went way above that what it used to be. Thank you❤️ Would strongly recommend to every bride to be.

Today has been an outstanding visit. For context, I most recently got my wedding dress from David’s Bridal and was let down and massively disappointed with them. Bridal Shop has turned this all around for me. Jane was exceptional and I could not have asked for a better service today. I initially emailed the shop and got back helpful and prompt responses. My appointment today was an absolute dream. I am over the moon with the dress I have bought and couldn’t have asked for anymore today. Jane was incredibly supportive, listened to me and helped me to make my decision. The appointment was so smooth. I even nearly cried and I am not an emotional person! I also liked that the other Jane that works at Bridal Shop was excited to see what I had bought and happy for me. Thank you so much. See you in November!

I’m not one to normally leave reviews but I think this is the least I can do for this shop and the ladies that work there! I have been probably the hardest and most indecisive bride to ever walk through their doors, I bought my 1st dress and then the next day I changed my mind and was absolutely devastated, the shop allowed me to go in and try on more dresses and pick a new dress, they made me feel so so comfortable and like nothing was an issue, the manager even came in that day to help me when she was meant to be on annual leave, fast forward 6 months I tried on my new dress once it arrived and again I didn’t like it (I don’t think wedding dresses are for me) the manager was so comforting and even suggested trying on even more dresses because they wanted me to be as happy as I possible could, they were even looking after my baby on 2 occasions like it wasn’t a problem at all. I can’t recommend this shop enough, every single lady that works in there are absolutely amazing, warm and so friendly. I definitely didn’t have this same experience in previous shops that I had visited.
