The experience didn't feel personal, and the assistant was preoccupied with other jobs. I was the only person in the shop, but it didn't feel like it. I don't even remember the assistants name, that's how chaotic the whole experience was. After being told there was no pressure to buy anything, I felt very pressured to buy a dress that I didn't love, just because I was told it could be altered to fit what I had in mind but not until I had committed to the dress. Of course I understand that, but I didn't want to commit to it incase I still didn't love it after the alterations, but it felt very difficult to get that point across. I wouldn't recommend this place based on the experience I had.

Beautiful wedding shop with lots of dresses to choose from. Very personal touch when you book an appointment to find your dream dress! I tried many on I thought were the ones, but Sharron actually chose out what she thought was the one for me and it was! She knows exactly what suits. From purchasing my dress in 2018, and the wedding been postponed 3 times till the end of 21 it was no bother for Sharron . It was beautifully steamed. I had it dry cleaned through the shop to and WOW I can’t believe how good it came out! Thank you , would definitely recommend!

I had been to many shops looking for the perfect prom dress but Bridal Oasis was by far the best and the only successful one out of them all. The staff are amazing, the most friendliest people and helped me find the most perfect prom dress for me. As soon as i arrived we received a warm welcome and had time to look at the dresses just us. They have a huge selection and variety of the most amazing dresses i’ve seen! It was a 1 to 1 session so the staff could help me in the best way to pick out my dress and they didn’t rush us at all giving us all the time we needed. Also this made my experience there a lot more comfortable for me. The staff were 100% honest too which helped me massively to find the dress made for me. I didn’t buy any of the dresses i chose out, actually the women who was helping me picked out the magnificent dress i went home with which shows she knew what suited me the best. As soon as i saw my dress that she picked out i instantly fell in love! I’ve already had family members asking me where i got my prom dress from because it was perfect and made me look and feel just like a princess on my prom day! The most relaxed prom dress shopping trip ever thanks to Bridal Oasis. Would definitely recommend!
