Had very bad experience there. I came to my appointment on time and the lady told me that they didn't expected me because... I DIDN'T CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT! And I have to wait 30min because they are busy. I had so many texts, phone calls and other wedding preparations that week so I didn't even know I have to confirm the appointment! Straight away me and my 2 friends felt unwelcome. For 30min no one even came once to see us, ask any questions or even offer us a drink so we just left. Very disappointed. There were a girl in changing room trying prom dresses and according to her mum she was there 1hr 30min already! There was a dress in the shop that I really liked and I was ready to buy it but the whole experience put me off. They've lost another customer as my friend is getting married next year and she was ready too book an appointment, unfortunately won't happen. Would never recommend this place! Poor customer service and very unfriendly. Its sad to see places like this.

Amazing little find! The ladies are so lovely and welcoming and can't do enough for you. They were really accommodating and even opened up early for us so they could fit us in for an appointment. Their dresses are beautiful and they have a good choice of stock. Will definitely be recommending them in the future.

Fantastic service. The staff are lovely and can’t do enough for you. They made my daughter feel so special. Very well organised service to they give you little counters when you go in to put on any dress you like. We had been to a few shops before this little gem of a shop and hands down the best shopping experience of them all. They spoke to Abi, asked her what she was looking for and worked with her.
