The gorgeous boutique with a lovely and friendly ladies who helps you to fine your dream dress for your special day. I find this shop through a google search. I was months pregnant win my first appointment, and they help me to find the proper dress and arranged another fitting appointment close to my wedding day and last one was 3days before to the date that I was 4 months pregnant. The dress was very comfortable and the fitting was perfect. I would like to say thank you so much for your professional job.

I want to thank Julia for the whole experience from the first email to the moment when I picked up my dress. The whole team is amazing and SO CALM. Me and my party attended the first appointment with an open mind, even if I was already set on the style of the dress that I wanted and with a picture already send to Julia with a dress from the store. Little did I know that the dress that I wanted was waaaay out of my budget. She let me and my party wonder the store and picking up other dresses and trying them. She was upfront with me regarding the price of the dress and the high probability of me loving the dress despite the fact it was out of my budget, what I want to say is that I was impressed with her ethics and the fact that she prioritise the client's budget. It took me few minutes to convince her to let me try the dress and surprise, I was in tears. My dress was a dream! I felt like a real queen in it. The customer service is top notch even if I was the rude client couple of weeks prior to picking up the dress. They did all the alterations needed, few of them on the day that I picked up my dress. I was so happy and satisfied with their team that I came in with 3 more formal dresses for alterations. I would recommend anyone to go to this store. You will find the most honest and helpful team. I had such a great experience at Bridal Caprice - Julia was lovely and really helped me find the style I wanted. She was also the only person from the shops I visited to pin the dresses, rather than use the clips, which really helped see what it would actually look like. Even though I found "the one" elsewhere, I had such a positive experience at Bridal Caprice and would highly recommend this lovely bridal shop. Thank you so much for your help Julia!

Inga was very professional and helpful, and the shop itself is lovely & well presented. It was the 3rd shop I'd been to - and I had a particular dress that I wanted to try on (which was perfect in the end) so I didn't need the whole experience of trying on many dresses. Alterations can be done on site which is another reason this shop is great! Thanks again :)
