Lovely welcome, glass of prosecco and then it went down hill. Really pushy, giving the hard sell yet I hadn’t even indicated that I liked any of the dresses that I’d tried on. Left feeling really flat, being told “I don’t know where you can go from here”. Booked an appointment elsewhere, liked every dress I tried on and found THE dress. Such a shame that this was my first dress shopping experience but so pleased I went on to have a great experience at the next place.

From the first time I met Susan at a wedding fayre back in January, she was absolutely amazing... I had 7 months to find the dress of my dreams. Instead of saying... that's not enough time. She seemed as keen as ever to get me sorted..and was genuinely worried for me, and said she had a couple of dresses in mind. So professional, friendly and helpful with great attention to detail. I'm only petite, but my dress was made to measure and fitted perfectly. I felt like a fairy princess. Nothing was too much trouble. I can't thank the ladies enough for all their help, advice and reassurance... you were all so lovely and made it a wonderful and exciting experience for me... We hired the suits for the grooms party and bought my wife’s dress from here, the ladies here couldn’t do anymore to help us and make everything perfect for us. Even when other suppliers let us down Susan was able to recommend replacement suppliers even though it was three days before the wedding. Absolutely lovely to use their services and would recommend everyone to use them
