We chose Brickworks to sell our house in North London as we heard they were genuinely decent people, and knew how to present the property in its best light. Our expectations were surpassed! Ellie, Rex and their team go out of their way to make the experience positive and enjoyable, but also know how to get the sale through. The house dressing and photography is exemplary, and also provide a ‘magazine quality’ set of photos to remember your home by. After filling a couple of Saturdays with viewings, we received multiple offers, securing a price we were happy with. It took us a while to find a new home, so relied on Brickwork’s people skills to maintain the interest. We will use Brickworks again and highly recommend them.

We bought an amazing maisonette in Dartmouth park and when we needed to leave years later we went straight back to them…we sold it for the price we wanted off market within a few weeks of telling them about it

We sold our north London home with Brickworks last summer and had a really positive experience from beginning to end. We had magazine-worthy images taken and agreed to an ambitious asking price that we were initially hesitant about but we were happily proven wrong with several offers over. Viewings were carried out with minimal fuss and disruption to us. There were a few bumps along the way (not surprising when buying and selling) but Ellie and the team kept us calm and informed and worked tirelessly to get it over the line. 10/10 would recommend (and already have to several friends).

We needed to sell our rental flat which required quite a lot of TLC and an injection of style. In addition, I was expecting twins and on a tight deadline! The two most important elements that Brickworks brought to the sale were the opportunity to give the flat a facelift, and furnish it, which the creative team did brilliantly, and then ensure a smooth and stress-free sale considering the circumstances. Brickworks achieved on both, and absolutely brought out the best in a once much-loved home. They did this in a timely manner and for a price we were very happy with.

Our experience with Brickworks was refreshingly enjoyable and they exceeded all expectations. The team are remarkably un-estate-agenty in approach (no hard sell, no recycled generic marketing copy, no suits, and they truly understand the digital landscape) and are clearly passionate about what they do. Beautiful photography and styling, plus high quality copywriting, meant that our property was presented at its absolute best, and quickly attracted a good number of buyers that other agencies might not have reached. The team's professionalism and intelligence, coupled with excellent communication, meant that we felt thoroughly informed and supported. Our chain was somewhat complex for a number of reasons and this is exactly when you need a strong and responsive partner in the process. I loved how our property was transformed to show it's full potential. But the selling was a turn off. Lack of momentum. No ownership. And after paying a premium fee, no communication. Not living up to the values that attracted me to them in the first place. The selling bit left us with the feeling it was like purple bricks but with commission.
