I feel badly let down by my investment through this platform. I invested thousands several years ago for a 1 year project which had a positive projection. Delay after delay after delay and now negative projections are forecast and another delay. If an investment can be likened to slow torture this is it. I am constantly told things will take a turn or the investment will pay out but neither has happened. Am shocked at how it is possible that a property investment can lead to a loss. The only way this could happen is through mismanagement of the project and funds in my opinion. The platform itself is easy to use and user friendly. Updates on investments also are given although frequency is not consistent and information regarding projections changes ALL the time. Every investment carries a risk but I feel the way this platform operates provides an opportunity for more than usual risk. I am therefore sceptical about other positive reviews because of my negative experience.

The placement offers are primarily construction related, some projects come in on time, some are late but all offer a substantially greater returns than saving in a bank.
