I’ve been here a few times. I cannot fault the food but I feel they are stingy with some things, last time I went the soft drinks tasted awful, clearly not using branded coke or lemonade, it tasted so cheap and for £3.50 was not worth it and they charge for sauce like bbq

Came here for lunch with family last weekend. I ordered a Vegetarian Southern Fried Burger (forgot exact name) and we also ordered chips (one portion topped with cheese and bacon and one without) to share. Burger tasted great, as did the plain chips. However I wasn't very fond of the cheesy chips (probably down to my personal tastes), and I was a bit surprised to see no calorie information (for each menu item) on the menu. Regardless, still recommended. Please note: Burgers and fries are ordered as separate items; burgers do not come with fries as standard.

Me and my wife come here alot and have always had amazing service. Sunday 21st May we brought a friend a long with her 2 children, one of which can't have dairy. A member of the team came out to inform us which products don't have dairy in and also brought a bowl of water for thier dog. Amazing staff and amazing customer service.

I went here for my belated birthday meal. Staff were attentive at the beginning, and our food came quite promptly. I ordered the Miami BBQ (as did one of my younger siblings), and a few other types - along with chips to share. The coke I ordered tasted like it had been mixed with something else, potentially a fruit drink from the same nozzle? It tasted awful and there was no way I could finish it at all. The worst part of the experience was whilst I was eating my burger, I noticed how pink it was in the middle - but by then unfortunately I'd already eaten the majority of it. The burger was also dripping with grease as I was holding it. I've unfortunately woken up very sick all day, with everything that comes along with having very bad stomach pains, and have been in bed all day with a temperature etc. For a belated birthday meal I am incredibly unhappy with being made ill as a result of visiting and will not be back.

Kid-friendliness: My two sons were welcome and on a Sunday kids eat free with a paying adult. Wheelchair accessibility: It’s large for wheelchair access, but I used my stick today. Large accessible toilet. Dietary restrictions: So helpful with a dairy allergy for my son.
