I was looking for a 5 speed freewheel, and BLB were not only the only place with one in stock, but also were super friendly and helpful. I'd been to a couple of places that didn't have any in stock (no problem) and another couple that were dismissive and rude about what they considered an 'obsolete' part (not cool). I called up before hand and they checked if they had one and put it to one side for me. Once I turned up the guys in there were super respectful, helpful and came through for me. Easy to make assumptions on location and their focus on single speed/fixies, but they were super duper.

Absolutely super job. I called in to ask about gear issues and needed a cable fixed. Would have been a quick fix, but they fit me in for a quick (and very reasonably priced service (which my Whyte desperately needed). They turned everything around in 24 hours. Honestly avoid this place like wildfire. As a woman i’ve never had a man mansplain my bike in front of my face to me like I didn’t know what it was? Completely unnecessary and plain rude. Ridiculous charges for basic fixes which i’m sure they make up on the spot. Their parts are cheaply mass produced and their organisation is non existent. Find a better bike shop with people who actually care about your bikes.
