Visited this store today to enquire about the resizing of my wedding ring which I purchased overseas in Cyprus. The ring is made up of 3 bands and would be very complicated to resize which I accept however I had face to face contact with a very rude man behind the counter. I merely asked him if the quality of my ring was as described on my receipt to which he just laughed and said “probably”. I wasn’t asking for a full valuation on clarity etc but he was so rude about the situation and said “if you think it might not be genuine then why did you buy it” Some people just lack people skills and kindness. Would never take my custom to this store

I was stuck trying to find wedding rings (bigger size than your average) 💍 after lots of searching I remembered this beautiful shop right on my doorstep! I've purchased all my wedding jewellery here. Incredible turn around time for any item. The shop is very welcoming and homely. Nothing was too much to ask.
