Editing this review to add that although one vet has left the practice, we saw two others too - who are still there. It also wasn't the vet that left that didn't order in the injection and then try to charge for it, or cause the delays in relaying test results or getting back to me. I don't feel the reply to this review acknowledges that. Feel really let down. It took 3 vets 6 weeks before it was noticed that my cats bloodtest showed high blood sugar, only treating her for kidney disease. She would still be alive if she had been treated for diabetes. Had to go to a different practice in the end. How I wish I'd gone to them sooner. By the time they came it was too late. I am utterly heart broken. Service has been shocking too. Had to chase for lab results. Had booked appointment 4 weeks in advance and her injection hadn't even been ordered in. Quick enough to chase for payments of treatment not even recieved though. Would never recommend this practice.

Lovely team, only issue with the surgery is the road outside can get a little busy! (Although the surgery and staff have zero control over that 😊) Services, treatments, subscriptions and essentials available.

I'm sorry I took my little boy to this vet I've emailed the manager never got a reply back from her. Not happy with the treatment I have had and the treatment did not add up I wanted a 2nd opinion and never got it. Never again .
