Communication from company in relation to bookings ect is extremely poor, trying to book resits for over 3/4 months with no reply. Lecturer is your typical self obsessed, opinionated guy, remarks on things unrelated to tests, can see why they’re not on site and behind a desk with the level of attitude and Arrogance they conduct themselves with. Should have realised all of this when majority of the time there is only 1 classroom being used the entirety of the week and the other 4 or 5 classrooms remain empty, look elsewhere and book your course.

I have received excellent service from Zayne with regards the training courses needed to meet my requirements and nothing has been too much trouble for him! Dillon in the Waterlooville branch delivered much of my training and was direct, succinct whilst still making some 'dry' topics interesting. Michael has invigilated a number of the exams and has always been very helpful in making sure everyone understands the requirements. Huge value for money here as they deliver such a great service.
