Maybe this guy was having a bad day, I don't know, but all I can is i rang about having my violin restrung, I said I already had the strings, to which he replied he only provided the service if I bought the strings from him. I then kindly asked how much his strings were because I was still interested, and he said, out of nowhere, that he actually wasnt interested in providing me the service at all. Not only is this general bad service but more than that this is insulting and rude. I'm not one to complain, but this was ridiculous.
