We used Brian Birt following hearing their advert on the local radio. The shop carries an extensive range of flooring types and the staff were extremely helpful particularly as part of our job was to match existing Amtico flooring for which they obtained various samples to ensure the colour match was correct. The fitters, who are directly employed by the company, which we feel is a benefit, were excellent. They caused no damage to walls etc moving the carpets upstairs and fitted both the Amtico and carpets to an extremely high standard. It is a shame we only have the option to give 5 stars as they deserve more. We will definitely use them again and would not hesitate recommending them to others.

Always excellent service from Brian Birt Carpets. The lads who fitted the carpet were very professional but friendly and approachable. Julie in the shop was extremely helpful and also managed to arrange an earlier fitting date, when we were notified that our new three piece suite would be delivered a month earlier than planned. Also found the perfect mat for the conservatory, when I went in to thank them and pay our bill today.
