(Translated by Google) Bad food and bad service! They don't understand the beer they serve. I've been to many BrewDog bars but this is by far the worst. The whole idea of Punk member makes no sense. Discount on too expensive and poorly tapped beer 💪 but good just like frontal brewing as long as the money is in then the customer / investor can get lost. Another year or two and then these clubs are doomed. You can make craft beer at home or just drink good Belgian special beer again!

Bang on beers and burgers. Regular guest beers and brewery contributions. I'd go every day if I could.

Lovely wings and burgers. But poor service let it down. Wings and drinks were bought over in a good amount of time but there was no organisation and a lot of confusion. Me and my friend had a portion of all you can eat wings each and our partners had burgers.. But there was a lot of time between the senond serving of wings arriving and then the waitress bought over another 4 portions of wings we didn't order so took them back. Another 10 minutes later another 2 portions of wings came out. Our partners ordered deserts which didn't arrive for over 45 minutes but they didn't come with the chocolate sauce as advertised.. I mentioned this to the waitress who went to get some, 20 more minutes later I went up the bar where the waitress said she forgot about the sauce. And other 10 minutes later, now with obviously cold desert (deep fried orios - greasy and cold) a different waiter came to the bar and said they hadn't got any chocolate sauce. Sorry. So.. Poor service, disorganised and no real concern for the wrong/incomplete order and no discount offered. Shame as the wings were lovely.

(4.5/5): Came in on Wednesday for the bottomless wings with one of my mates. We were served by ‘Mark’ who had great knowledge of the beer menu and was able to recommend us ‘built in Berlin’. Amazing draft beer. Food was as expected (amazing). Only ‘negative’ I can give is that the music was a little bit too loud and I found that I had to yell at my friend sometimes so he could understand what I was actually saying. Definitely will be back though and will be bringing more friends. Thank you for the service.
