I made the mistake of buying from Brew UK before reading their reviews and then experienced the same as seen in other negative reviews in which the item never arrived and no refund was given (and general theme of terrible customer service). I had tracking proof that it had been damaged in transit (twice) and returned to Brew UK before ever being delivered to myself. They made excuses to delay the refund and then radio silence... Luckily I had paid through PayPal and had screen shotted all the tracking info and emails so PayPal closed the case in my favour and immediately refunded me. I would strongly discourage anyone from ordering from Brew UK.

Do not buy from this company. They are completely incompetent with regards to communication, sorting out problems and issuing refunds. I cancelled my order after waiting over a week with no contact from the company and no indication my order was being processed. Only then did they contact me several days later with an update which was they were out of stock of some items. It then took them another week to cancel the order and that they would be refunding me. Now another 10 days later and still no refund. Will update if they actually apologise for how inept they are being an actually refund my money.

Honestly, these Karen's and Kens will find any excuse to write a negative review! Had a few questions about my order and was dealt with quickly and professionally by Anthony, answered all relevant delivery based questions and helped me combine two orders to save on postage! As most reviews on here. Having a nightmare trying to get a partial refund of £69. For an item they cannot deliver which was part of a bigger order. Spent over £800 with them. Rang, sent lots of emails. Get no reply to emails.. been over three months now. Started a PayPal dispute. Hopefully they will have a better chance than me. I'd avoid buying from brew uk and certainly won't be shopping with them again.
