My 11 & 8 year old have been coming for years, always been fantastic with them. My 3 year old had her second appointment today and the dentist was so friendly and welcoming that she even felt comfortable enough to sit on the chair on her own and open wide which is fantastic as she usually struggles with new people. All left very happy, would recommend to anyone! ❤️

Very happy with this dental surgery, I had 3 tooth extractions today , and I have no pain afterwards. I suffer with anxiety and the dentist (Abbie) was amazing and talked me through the whole process before and during my procedure kept making sure i was ok all the way through.

Took my 2 year old, after being referred by 111, as she was crying non stop saying her mouth hurt her. The dentist lady was rude from the start, looked in her mouth for less than a second and said she's just teething. I asked if that was why she had temperature and hadn't ate in 3 days because of her pain ? She said yes, she can't see nothing wrong and everything is normal in the mouth. Made me feel like I was just an over-exaggerating 1st time mum. So we went home thinking daughter must just be being dramatic. The following day I took her to the doctors as her crying didn't stop. They took one look in her mouth and diagnosed her with scarlet fever Strep A. Doctor said her tongue and tonsils were badly swollen and she had "strawberry tongue". He was dumbfounded that the dentist had said everything was okay and looked fine, because it clearly was not. He told me to report the dentist as if I just listened to her "teething" answer it could of been a deadly situation. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID

Receptionists are rude but my dentist is lovely. But if you are booked in for a certain time they should keep to that time so you don’t need to wait. . I arrive on time and then someone goes in before me. If I was late they would refuse to see me. Should work both ways! Automated booking confirmations and reminders are flaky too

Really super impressed. After years of suffering the pain from a wisdom tooth I finally registered and within 3 weeks I’ve seen the dentist (Olga), had X-rays, a referral and today had my wisdom tooth removed. Could not ask for a better service.
