I smell gas from my portable heater, took it back a few months down the line, manager tested it and said there's no fault, still smell the gas when I come down in the mornings, and he said I'm not replacing it. No more custom from me to the keighley store...... Simple and bye

I had the best experience today. I went to towler and stains not knowing what I needed or what I was doing having had some new furniture delivered for the garden and the fire pits needed gas. Gareth was so helpful and knowledgeable, they also had an excellent range of quality bbqs one of which I bought, Gareth told me exactly what i needed and didn’t need and said they would deliver everything all ready built up within a couple of hours. Nick arrived such a lovely helpful guy. I didn’t have a clue what I was doing and the furniture company had not set the fire pit tables up properly so Nick spoke to them on the phone with me and sorted it. Both Gareth and Nick went above and beyond today Thankyou so much. Nick explained how to re order gas when we’re low. Such a pleasure to deal with lovely people. Great service great quality and great value x x
