Dreadful. At our most stressful time following the death of our father we asked if we could have a copy of his will. Two appointments cancelled 24 hours before we were due to meet. We were told the paperwork was in storage, then it was in the office. When we went to collect it apparently wasn't all there and they wouldn't let us have what was there we'd have to wait a week. Then the next day after calling into the office it miraculously would be there for us to collect at 2pm. We certainly won't trust you with the house sale. A bereavement is hard enough without being messed about for 5 weeks.
